Lindsay Edwards
Chef & Owner
Chef Lindsay “Collette” Edwards is a native of Windsor, CT. She is the mother of 4 children Alexia, Nia, Jeremiah and Bryan.
During her early adult years, Lindsay held several high ranking positions in Corporate America including many Fortune 500 Companies.
Although her career is what took care of her growing family, it was always her love of cooking and entertaining the masses that kept a smile on her face. Lindsay often used cooking to bring her family and friends together to celebrate life, make hard times easier, and to try some of her new creations.
In October 2015, Lindsay was laid off from her role as a Director of Corporate Marketing where she had worked for several successful years. It was then where she decided she would walk away from Corporate America and use this opportunity to share her love of food and creativity with the world. In November 2015 Collette Caters, Inc was created and has quickly grown into one of the most sought after catering companies in Atlanta, GA.
In a few short years, Chef Lindsay has grown a long list of Private, Corporate, Celebrity, and Movie Production Clients who call on her and her team often to provide the Collette Caters, Inc Experience to.
Chef Lindsay’s humble spirit partnered with word of mouth referrals and repeat clients has made Collette Caters, Inc a huge success.
